Hello and Welcome!

I’m Isabelle- a therapist who’s passionate about creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are. I specialize in trauma, anxiety & depression, eating disorders, neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ affirming care, and major life transitions. My goal is to offer a safe, grounded, and welcoming environment where healing feels not only possible – but truly supported.

I primarily work with adolescents and adults and I believe deeply in meeting each client with warmth, authenticity, and respect. My approach is eclectic and collaborative; blending different modalities such as Internal Family Systems, Somatic Psychotherapy, DBT, and CBT to meet your unique needs. I’m especially drawn to integrating creativity, movement, and humor into our work-because healing can be deep and meaningful, but it can also feel expressive and fun.

I’ve always felt a deep calling to support others through life’s challenges, and I’m endlessly inspired by the resilience and wisdom people carry. My passion for mental health is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to feel safe, seen, and empowered in their healing. Outside of the therapy room you can usually find me tending to my plants, curled up with a good book, doing something creative, or enjoying the simple comfort of a cozy space. These are the things that keep me grounded and I love weaving that same sense of calm and creativity into the space I hold for my clients.
