Hello and Welcome!

I am Isabelle Ensley, and I am currently in my final year of my MSW program. Since 2020, I have been dedicated to and deeply involved in mental health work. My experience spans across various settings, including inpatient, in-home, and outpatient environments, with a strong focus on supporting adolescents and young adults. I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety and mood disorders, those navigating eating disorder recovery, or identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in meeting you where you are and tailoring our work to fit your unique needs. I believe in the power of creativity and flexibility in therapy, so our sessions might include traditional talking, expressive arts, or mindful movement-whatever feels right for you.

In our time together, I strive to create a nonjudgmental and supportive environment where you can be your true self. With warmth, humor, and empathy, I aim to guide you on your journey toward healing, self-compassion, emotional regulation, and deeper self-understanding.
