I’m here to provide you with support, guidance, and a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I have a passion for working with adolescents and young adults. I feel it is a privilege to support young individuals as they navigate challenges, discover their strengths, and strive toward a fulfilling future. I work with a variety of individuals including those who are dealing with depression, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders and disordered eating behaviors, adjustment difficulties, etc.

My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, focusing on practical strategies to help you overcome challenges and achieve your desired outcomes. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or stress management, I’m here to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for us to work together. My background and training have equipped me with a deep understanding of various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, exposure-response prevention and solution-focused therapy, which I tailor to meet your unique needs and goals.

Being a therapist allows me to combine my passion for helping others with a commitment to personal growth, emotional well-being, and empowerment.
