Hey there!

Are you feeling down or like there is a black cloud hanging over your head? Whether it is anxiety, sad days, life transitions, or other challenges, life can get tough. But here’s the good news: I’m here to help, and I love helping you get to a better place.

I’ve been helping folks since 2019. I especially love working with teens and young adults navigating life through inevitable transitions. What’s my superpower? I am good at supporting young people as they embark on a journey to discover their best selves and overcome these hurdles. I will meet you where you are at, and make it fun along the way.

Picture a cozy room where you can talk, laugh, or even cry—and feel totally okay about it. That’s my promise to you. I’ll listen like a true friend and help you grow stronger, step by step.

I use something called cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT for short). It’s like a magic wand for turning bad thoughts into good ones. I will pull other tools into the session as needed but focus mostly on being relational. We’ll work together to make you feel better and succeed in life.

What I find most rewarding about my work is helping my clients on their transformative journeys. Witnessing your progress and seeing you regain control over your life, brings me immense joy. Let’s team up and make this your experience!
