Hey there,
I’m Meredith Williams, and I’m not your average therapist. I’m compassionate and empathetic but also fun and creative and that is how I show up in sessions. I’m here to help you heal, discover yourself, and navigate life’s ups and downs. My approach is all about being understanding and inclusive, especially for those who’ve experienced trauma, identify as neurodivergent, or are part of the LGBTQ+ community.
I became a therapist in 2017 and have had the privilege to work in many different settings such as college counseling, intensive in-home, school-based, and private practice. These experiences inspired me to open Inner Growth Counseling in early 2020, in hopes of creating a comfortable space where you can feel secure in learning about yourself and genuinely grow.
I’m not into one-size-fits-all solutions. I use a mix of therapeutic styles tailored just for you. At the core, I am a relational therapist and I believe in the power of mutual trust and respect in order for change to occur.
