Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate

Hi there! I am so happy you are here. I specialize in working with children and adolescents/teens dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment difficulties, low self-esteem and behavioral issues at home and school. I work with clients to create a safe space in which to gain greater self awareness, improve coping skills, and improve mental and emotional well being. I use a strengths-based client centered approach incorporating cognitive behavioral techniques, holistic therapies such as walk and talk as well as yoga techniques and expressive therapies such as art, play and sand therapy.

My approach is collaborative and supportive while working with clients to identify areas of change and develop treatment goals. I am LGBTQ+ allied, and feel passionate about working with youth to understand their thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

My goal is to help you love the person you are as well as the person you will grow to be.
